1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fastbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fastbaji website — including all games, betting markets, cashier functions, and support services — you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the fastbaji platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms as currently published.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with fastbaji, including account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, eligibility for bonuses and promotions, responsible gaming tools, and the resolution of disputes. This Agreement is supplemented by, and should be read alongside, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on this site, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of fastbaji.

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between fastbaji and registered players — including dispute notifications, account decisions, and policy updates — will be conducted in English.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of fastbaji is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fastbaji operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a person employed or contracted by fastbaji or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by fastbaji or any other gambling operator — that is currently in effect.

If fastbaji identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made to the account will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible, and all winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited in their entirety. fastbaji takes its duty to protect young people seriously and will cooperate fully with any relevant investigation.

3. Account Registration

To participate in any real-money games or betting markets on fastbaji, you must first create a registered account via the fastbaji Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. 3.2 One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, fastbaji will close all associated accounts, consolidate any balances at its discretion, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fastbaji Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. fastbaji will never request your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify fastbaji support immediately. fastbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All fastbaji accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. fastbaji does not support multi-currency accounts; the BDT denomination is fixed at registration and cannot be changed thereafter.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fastbaji supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be initiated from a mobile wallet account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — transactions sent from an account belonging to a person other than the registered fastbaji account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded where possible, with associated accounts subject to review.

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to your account tier and any voluntary limits applied via account settings
• Deposits are credited to your fastbaji balance instantly under normal operating conditions
• fastbaji does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply transaction charges per their own published schedule

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard processing time: 2–5 minutes to the registered mobile wallet under normal conditions
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, except where a verified exception has been agreed in writing with fastbaji support
• fastbaji reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawals requested during periods of scheduled maintenance may be subject to processing delays; players will be notified in advance of planned maintenance windows where operationally feasible

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

fastbaji reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, fastbaji may also suspend the associated account pending investigation. fastbaji will cooperate with relevant authorities in any investigation related to suspicious financial activity.

5. Bonus & Promotions

fastbaji offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a fastbaji account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, to the deposit amount, or to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount — the specific basis will be stated in the offer terms. Until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in the offer. Unless the offer explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fastbaji has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, staking bonus funds exclusively on excluded games, or engaging in coordinated bonus farming with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, fastbaji reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the associated account, and permanently exclude the player from future promotional participation.

6. User Obligations

By using fastbaji, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fastbaji and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings — any winnings arising from a known technical error will be voided
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use fastbaji for any illegal financial purpose
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location at any point during your use of the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fastbaji staff or other players through any communication channel
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your fastbaji Login credentials to any third party
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical method to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions

6.2 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to take full personal responsibility for all wagers placed on your account. fastbaji provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — and strongly encourages all players to use them proactively. You agree not to hold fastbaji liable for gambling losses incurred as a result of your own voluntary decisions to place wagers.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your fastbaji account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 and the successful completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts subject to active investigations cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by fastbaji

fastbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Detection of bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of the platform
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a court order received by fastbaji
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fastbaji, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from gambling decisions, loss of data, interruption of service, unauthorised access to your account (where you have failed to safeguard your credentials), or technical failures outside fastbaji's reasonable control.

8.1 Service Availability

fastbaji operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous platform availability. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh. fastbaji will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from periods of unavailability, regardless of the cause.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or betting market, fastbaji reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the affected period. Voided stakes will be returned to the originating account balance. fastbaji's decision on the treatment of wagers affected by a malfunction is final and binding.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fastbaji and its affiliated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the platform, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or any claims by third parties arising from your conduct on fastbaji.
